An example of how Heidi worked on our behalf is how she managed the outcomes of our inspection. The inspector found that there may have been a leak, which could have caused mold growth. To assuage our concerns, Heidi had mold/air quality specialists at our home less than 24 hours later to ensure that there was no contamination. She also worked to get our roof replaced before closing, without us having to lift a finger.
